Each speaker uses a 6.5" fiberglass cone woofer and a 1" pivoting titanium dome tweeter. Fiberglass is light and stiff, so the woofer stays clean and controlled as the volume goes up. The pivoting tweeter can be aimed toward the listening area, so you get clear highs even when the speaker cannot sit directly above your seat.

Frequency response is 40Hz - 20kHz, sensitivity is 89 dB and power handling is rated at 150W. At 8 ohms, the ACE640 works with standard stereo amplifiers, AV receivers and multi-zone systems.

Gold-plated 5-way binding posts give a secure, corrosion-resistant connection and accept bare wire, pins, spades or banana plugs. The trimless micro-flange grille is held on by strong magnets and sits close to the ceiling. Grilles are spray paintable to match any room.
