New construction brackets are typically used when the studs or joists are exposed before mounting the sheetrock or ceiling tiles.
New construction brackets are typically used when the studs or joists are exposed before mounting the sheetrock or ceiling tiles. In addition to providing extra support for the speaker, the brackets let you determine the exact placement of the speaker while providing a template to cut the mounting hole. All OSD Audio speakers feature a retrofit mounting system so they can be installed without the new construction bracket.
This 6.5" new construction bracket fits the ICE610, ICE640, ICE620TT, ICE640TT, ICE600WRS, and ICE600TTWRS, ACE600, ACE640, ACE650MK
